Fried Chilli with Porks

Description

This is a traditional chinese dishes, a little spicy and a perfect combination with the rice.

Ingredients

Process

  1. Cut the porks into desired shapes.
  2. Marinate it with Salt, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, white pepper powder.
  3. Add few starch and mix well, then add a few oil.
  4. Rinse the Chilli and cut into desired shapes.
  5. Flay the Garlic and mince it.
  6. Turn on fire, add oil, when its hot, add minced garlic.
  7. When you smell the garlic, add the marinated meat.
  8. When the meat is half-cooked, add the chilli and fried together.
  9. When they are fully cooked, add seasoning.
  10. Put in a dish and finished.
