Fried Chilli with Porks
Description
This is a traditional chinese dishes,
a little spicy and a perfect combination with the rice.
Ingredients
- 500g Porks
- 250g Chilli (Paparika)
- one Garlic
- Oil, Salt, MSG, Sugar, Starch, Oyster source, Soy source, White pepper powder
Process
- Cut the porks into desired shapes.
- Marinate it with Salt, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, white pepper powder.
- Add few starch and mix well, then add a few oil.
- Rinse the Chilli and cut into desired shapes.
- Flay the Garlic and mince it.
- Turn on fire, add oil, when its hot, add minced garlic.
- When you smell the garlic, add the marinated meat.
- When the meat is half-cooked, add the chilli and fried together.
- When they are fully cooked, add seasoning.
- one Tbsp of Salt.
- one Tbsp of MSG
- A few soy sauce.
- Put in a dish and finished.
